General Questions

What is RFID?

Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) uses radio waves to transfer data from a chip or tag to a reader. This technology allows personal information, like credit card numbers, to be captured remotely from RFID-enabled cards. At AviWallets, all of our wallets come with RFID-blocking technology to prevent unauthorized access to your sensitive information.


Can you engrave my wallet?

At this time, we do not offer custom engravings, but we’re actively working to provide this option in the future. Stay tuned for updates!


Can you get me the wallet by tomorrow?

We can certainly try! Most orders are shipped out the same day. If you need your order urgently, choose overnight shipping at checkout, and we’ll get it to the carrier as quickly as possible. Once it’s with the carrier, delivery is outside of our control, but we will do everything we can to expedite the process.


Do you offer large party or wedding discounts?

Yes, we do! Whether you need wallets for a wedding party, corporate gifts, or any large event, we offer special discounts for bulk orders. Please reach out to us at info@aviwallets.com for more details, and we’ll provide a personalized discount code for your group.

How many cards can the Contrail wallet hold?

The Contrail AviWallet can comfortably hold up to 5 cards. It features 4 card slots and a thumb slide ID slot, making it ideal for carrying your essential cards in a compact, minimalist design.


How much cash can the Contrail wallet hold?

The Contrail AviWallet comes with a removable money clip, which can hold between 1 and 20 bills securely. Whether you carry just a few bills or a little more, the clip helps keep your cash organized and easily accessible.


What is the size of the Lindbergh Pilot Passport Wallet?

The Lindbergh Pilot Passport Wallet measures 5.75" L x 4.5" W x 0.75" H. It’s our largest wallet, with enough space to carry 8 cards, your pilot certificates, medical certificates, and a passport—all in one sleek, functional design.


Can I fit my iPhone in your wallets?

Unfortunately, our wallets are designed to fit cards, cash, and essential documents—not phones. We focus on providing a slim, minimalist design that keeps your important items organized, but an iPhone will not fit in our wallets.


Shipping & Returns

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped the same day or within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including ground advantage, UPS 2-day, and overnight shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping, but please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships, and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AviWallet purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition for a full refund. Please note that return shipping is not free, though we do provide prepaid return labels for U.S. customers on eligible returns. How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at info@aviwallets.com within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll guide you through the return process and send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers). For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping.


Order Issues

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder to see if the confirmation email ended up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@aviwallets.com, and we’ll happily resend your confirmation.


My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please email us at info@aviwallets.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@aviwallets.com if you need to make a change or cancellation. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.

Currently, we do not offer personalized engraving or customizations. However, we are working on introducing personalized options in the future, so stay tuned!
