Shipping Information
At AviWallet, we know you're excited to receive your order. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from Houston, Texas, USA, and we work hard to get it on its way as quickly as possible.
Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Processing time is the time required for us to prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.
Order Processing Times
Standard Orders
Orders that do not include custom embossing are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom Embossing & Personalized Orders
Orders containing custom embossing require additional time because each item is individually personalized after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing before a custom embossed order ships.
This processing time applies to the entire order when custom embossing is included. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized products, the items will generally ship together once the custom work has been completed.
Custom processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume or major holiday seasons.
Please carefully review all personalization before submitting your order. AviWallet embosses exactly what is entered at checkout, including spelling, capitalization, numbers, and symbols.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We proudly offer:
- Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all U.S. orders over $40.
- Patches and stickers ship for a flat rate of $2.99 anywhere in the United States.
- Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated Transit Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground: Delivery estimates are shown at checkout
Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Every shipped order includes tracking. Once your package is handed to the carrier, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order sooner?
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the items in your order.
Expedited shipping only reduces carrier transit time. It does not reduce AviWallet's processing or custom personalization time.
For standard orders, please allow our normal 1–2 business day processing time.
For orders containing custom embossing, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for personalization and processing, regardless of the shipping service selected at checkout.
For example, selecting Priority Mail or another expedited service for a custom embossed wallet does not mean the wallet will ship immediately. The expedited service begins once the completed order has been handed to the carrier.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at info@aviwallets.com. We'll gladly let you know what options may be available.
Shipping During Holidays
Orders are not processed on major U.S. holidays.
During busy holiday seasons, standard processing times may increase by 1–3 additional business days.
Custom embossed orders may also require additional processing time during periods of unusually high demand. If you're purchasing a personalized item as a gift, we recommend ordering early.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using USPS and UPS.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination and package size.
Please note:
- Free shipping promotions apply only to U.S. orders.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays outside of AviWallet's control.
Custom embossed international orders are subject to the same 7–10 business day processing time before shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an incorrect address after your purchase, contact us immediately at info@aviwallets.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because delivery could not be completed, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Additional reshipping charges
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees
If your package is returned because of a carrier error, please contact us and we'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we're always happy to assist, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier once a package leaves AviWallet.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@aviwallets.com. We'll work with the carrier to help locate your shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of AviWallet's control.
Although we carefully package every order and work to ship orders within the processing times listed above, AviWallet cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules or accept responsibility for delays caused by USPS, UPS, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates.
