Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free domestic USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $40 within the United States.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and scheduled for shipment within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 p.m. CST on Saturdays may not be processed until the following Monday morning. Express orders follow the same processing times.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated shipping notification titled “Your order has shipped 🚚💨” with tracking information.

Missing Tracking Information?
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folders.


Faster Shipping Options (Holiday Shipping)

Need your order quickly? We understand the urgency, especially during the busy holiday season. If you'd like to receive your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout, including:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express for 1-day shipping

These options are available for an additional cost and are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note, that all expedited shipping options are subject to availability and will be processed in the same 1-2 business day timeframe as regular orders. Orders placed after 11 p.m. CST on Saturdays will be processed the next business day (Monday).

Please note that our shipping facility and the carriers we use will be closed on the following holidays. Orders placed around these dates may require an additional 1-3 business days to be processed:

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. Please note, that customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments & Returns to Sender

If you refuse a shipment from AviWallet, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

If your package is marked “Return to Sender” due to carrier issues, please reach out to our customer support team at info@aviwallets.com for assistance.


Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has shipped, AviWallet is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays incurred in transit. We strongly recommend tracking your order and reaching out directly to the carrier for any concerns.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If you encounter issues with your shipment after it has left our warehouse, contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Incorrect Address: AviWallet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase. We use geometric scans for accurate delivery verification.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may cancel your order before it ships.
