Need Help with a Return?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your AviWallet purchase, we’re here to help! You can return your order within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please read the details below to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Process:

  • Return within 14 days: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at info@aviwallets.com to start your return.
  • Condition: Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (no wear on the leather, etc.).
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed using the original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method.

Damaged Returns

AviWallet will not accept or process returns for items that show visible signs of damage (e.g., torn, scratched, scuffed, or with hard lines in the leather) that were caused after delivery. If the returned item shows any damage that was not present when it was originally shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. We carefully inspect all items before shipping, and we ask that you carefully check your item upon receipt to ensure it is in satisfactory condition.

If the item you receive is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a return or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Prepaid Return Labels: We provide a digital prepaid USPS return label for U.S. orders. Note that return shipping costs are not free, but we cover them on a case-by-case basis.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. must provide their own return label with tracking to receive a full refund.

Exchanges:

  • Fastest Way to Get What You Want: If you need a different wallet, place a new order right away to get your item quickly. Once both items arrive, return the one you don't want using the prepaid label we provide.

Important Notes:

  • Non-AviWallet Items: Any non-AviWallet items sent back with your return will be discarded. Please remove them before shipping.
  • Promotions & Free Gifts: If you are returning a full order, all items, including promotional or free items, must be returned. If not, we’ll subtract the cost of missing items from your refund.
  • Personalized Products: Personalized items cannot be returned. All sales on personalized products are final.
  • Warranty Claims: Orders with a processed warranty claim cannot be returned.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund to be applied.
  • Keep Your Receipt: Always keep your drop-off receipt and a picture of your return label for your records. If USPS loses the package, we’ll honor your return or exchange if we can confirm the return was sent.

Partial Refunds

Please note that AviWallet does not offer partial refunds for price differences, including for items purchased before a sale or promotion. If you purchased an item at full price and a sale or discount occurs after your purchase, we are unable to issue a refund for the difference in price. We encourage customers to review our sale dates and promotions in advance of making a purchase to ensure the best possible price at the time of order.
