We build AviWallet products to handle the demands of everyday travel, flying, and life on the road. Every AviWallet wallet is backed by our 3-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

For three years from the original purchase date, AviWallet warrants your wallet against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as defective stitching, hardware failure, or other manufacturing defects.

If your wallet develops a covered defect, contact us with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the claim and, when covered, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, stains, discoloration, leather patina, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, water or chemical damage, modifications, loss, or theft.

Natural leather changes with use and age. Variations in color, grain, texture, and the development of patina are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Personalized Products

Personalized or embossed AviWallet products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship just like our standard products. However, personalization itself cannot be changed, removed, or replaced because of spelling or information submitted incorrectly when ordering.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our Contact Us page or email info@aviwallets.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and begins on the original purchase date. Proof of purchase may be required.
